Our fees
• Transparent fees - we offer complete fee transparency with fixed fees so there are no surprises
• Includes full day’s (8 hours) mediation
• VAT will be added at 20%
• The amount in dispute is the value of the claim plus the value of the counterclaim
• Fees are invoiced and payable 7 days prior to the mediation
• Papers must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the mediation
• Reasonable preparation is included, at our discretion and proportionate to the value of the dispute
• For mediations which exceed 8 hours we charge at 1/10th of the daily rate per hour plus VAT
• Video conference mediations are charged at the same rate as face to face meetings
• The above fees do not include venue hire, if any
